    I ordered the Sympathy Bromelaid plant and it was worth every penny. It was a good size and looked very classy and the price was right. It arrived on time too. Thank you!

    I received a phone call on the day of the delivery and was told that they did not have a Bromeliad plant and they were going to substitute a poinsettia which was a total let down for my wife and myself. This was to be a Special Birthday present to a Niece who loves plants and knows plants and would have loved something a bit different, but what she received was very common a poinsettia, I told the person how disappointed we were. When I called in the order I was told it could be filled and then to find out I could not be was a tremendous let down. By rights when you get that plant in you should deliver one to her and to me that would be fair since the error was on your end.
