We would like to express some distress for the extra fees that were applied to the order, it is reasonable for us to expect a delivery fee however the handling fee does seem excessive. There is certainly no advisement of this expense on your web site. Perhaps you could correct this oversite so that potential customers would be fully informed of all costs related to a purchase order.
