Item was out of stock, but the company substituted a higher priced item for same price. Then there was a problem with the delivery. This was on a holiday weekend and mistakes happen. The 5-Star rating is because the company bent over backwards to make it right. Long story but they ended up using a delivery service to deliver 2 baskets 8 hours away from the original address. Great, responsive customer service!
